Dr. Martha Flores-Gibson

Dr. Martha Flores-Gibson*, a Salvadoran-American, is an accomplished global business leader, author, solutions thinker, and team builder with over 40 years of experience in teaching, counseling, and educational administration.She has been involved with LegalShield for 24 years, providing legal services and identity theft protection, and also partnered with Nerium International, offering anti-aging and healthcare solutions.

Martha holds a Master of Science in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach (1996), a School Administrative Credential (2002), and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Change from Fielding University (2000). Her career includes 27 years as an administrator and social worker with the Long Beach Unified School District.

A lifelong advocate for community development and education, Martha serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for New Image Shelter and is involved with several community organizations, including Rebuilding Together Long Beach and The Compton Initiative. She is also a top sales leader with LegalShield.

Martha is married to her husband Steve and is a proud mother of three children. She and Steve live in the Inland Empire, CA, after many years in Long Beach. They are active members of Crossroads Christian Church and have traveled the world, supporting churches and missionaries. Martha is also an avid oil painter and dancer.
