Ryan Hawkes

Ryan Hawkes has been active in political advocacy and consulting since the age of 17, beginning during a pivotal national election year in 2004. As a founding member of his high school debate club, he focused on individual rights and constitutional principles. He studied politics and economics at the University of Massachusetts and Ave Maria University, graduating with honors. In 2008, he served as a regional coordinator for a major presidential campaign.

Since 2006, Ryan has served as a state delegate and contributed to several nonprofit boards. He has extensive experience in campaign management, consulting, and communications, supporting efforts at the federal, state, and local levels. His work includes roles on every major presidential campaign since 2008.

His campaign experience spans multiple states, and as managing director of several national nonprofits, Ryan leads public advocacy initiatives both domestically and internationally. A strong advocate for free speech, he supports democratic values across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the EU.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, Ryan mentors individuals seeking to contribute to the Magna Carta Group’s global mission. His leadership continues to inspire those dedicated to meaningful political and public policy change.
