Senior Advisor, Diaspora & National Affairs – Vice Presidency of the Republic of El Salvador
Psychologist, graduated from Universidad Capital General Gerardo Barrios in San Miguel, with a Master’s in Industrial Psychology from Universidad Dr. Luis Escamilla in San Salvador. He also holds a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration.
Specialist in stress and anxiety management, organizational development, recruitment and personnel selection, teamwork, and human resources administration, with experience as both a domestic and international facilitator, as well as in counseling and psychological treatment.
Based in the United States as an entrepreneur, he was appointed Executive Director of Fraternidad Unida Americana (FUSA), carrying out social work with civil organizations in support of the human rights of Salvadorans abroad, as well as matters related to overseas voting and TPS. He has also served as President of the Salvadoran Civic Committee in Long Island, New York.
Maestro Rubí was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from UNAM in Mexico City.
He currently serves as Advisor to the Vice Presidency of El Salvador, responsible for the diaspora and national territory.
