About Us

The Salvadoran American Society is the registered Doing Business As (DBA) name of The Salvadoran American Society Enterprises LLC, along with its affiliated nonprofit corporations. Our LLC is a consulting and trade firm specializing in cross-border investment, market access, and diaspora-driven development — including brokering strategic partnerships and deals — between El Salvador and the United States.

Operating under the same DBA, The Salvadoran American Society encompasses two incorporated nonprofit arms that are currently awaiting tax-exempt status approval from the IRS:

• The Salvadoran American Society for Benevolent Affairs – A 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, incorporated for charitable, educational, and humanitarian purposes. Current donations to this organization will be retroactively applied to the date of incorporation once tax-exempt status is granted.

• The Salvadoran American Society for Commerce – A 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation, incorporated to promote business development, trade relations, and economic growth between the United States and El Salvador. Current donations to this organization will be retroactively applied to the date of incorporation once tax-exempt status is granted.
