Wilber Francisco Alabi Aguilar was born in Santa Ana, El Salvador. The son of a father of Palestinian origin and a Salvadoran mother, he grew up with strong values of hard work and service to others.

He pursued higher education in El Salvador, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising. He complemented his academic training with various diplomas in marketing and sales at the Technological Institute of Marketing and Sales of El Salvador and at the National University of El Salvador.

In 2013, he emigrated to the United States, where he continued his academic preparation, earning a Master’s in Business and Finance at UTH Florida, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude for his academic excellence.

He is currently the CEO of Alabi Transport Solutions Inc., a company based in Los Angeles, California. That same year, he founded the Alavida Children Foundation, an organization that provides support to underprivileged children in El Salvador.

In the civic and political sphere, he has stood out for his work with the Salvadoran diaspora. He has served as Deputy Secretary Ad Honorem of the Nuevas Ideas party of El Salvador in the West Coast, coordinating efforts with the Salvadoran community across 11 U.S. states. His altruistic work has been recognized by the community, and he currently leads Grupo Nuevas Ideas Los Angeles, supporting the initiatives of the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele.

Additionally, he serves as Ad Honorem Representative in California for Invest in El Salvador agency, a government program focused on promoting investment and exports in El Salvador, offering free guidance to Salvadorans and foreigners interested in investing in the country.

His commitment to the community and his vision for economic development make him a leader and a point of reference for the Salvadoran diaspora in the United States.
